As part of our continuous improvement research, we recommend you set up in risk management.
The first step is to identify the risks in line to the various sensitive parameters of your company’s vulnerability in relation to your development project. These are the essential inputs after analysis and evaluation through scoring, which will allow you to effectively manage the progress of your project.
To do this, the use of modeling tool or software becomes essential and offers a great flexibility. There are currently a large number of modeling tools on the market, some tools are free available of charge and some are paid for. For example, Unified Modeling Language “UML or UML 2” is one, the Business Process Model and Notation “BPMN” is another … It is not in this article to promote the best language or modeling tool or ” but rather to use the available and known power of these tools to enable make “a projection”, an evaluation to improve visibility, flexibility of communication and information and to facilitate decision – stakeholder groups, in particular through the analysis of risk in project development.
To come back to the initial target, the first step is to visualize on diagrams (risks) cases “use case” and to model a part of these critical actions, which limit the study and the time implementation of the case. It turns out that in some cases more complex, do not limit itself to a partial analysis of a project process, but rather to go into the details of each issue to evaluate the impacts “score” and “identify the “high medium and low” risks. It is important to remember that risk is not a constant over time and its evolution calls under statistical laws but also with unknown parameters at a time “t”. The results of these studies provide the desired appreciation or trend through iterations that have been modeled and which guide the choice of decision-making according to the input data.
